Using Emotional Intelligence to Build a Better Organization

Emotional intelligence involves a variety of skills that help students navigate the challenges of work and life. Becoming comfortable relying on these skills will help them achieve goals, make good decisions, solve problems, manage stress, interact effectively with others, and function both independently and collaboratively. People participating in this session will have the opportunity to complete a self assessment identifying their top 3 skills that they want to improve upon and then will explore how they can be more aware of their use of their own emotions leading them to realize a more fulfilled and happy life. This session focuses on the emotions of individuals as they navigate change and the predictable stages of transition while discussing techniques on how you can become more emotionally resilient during this process using a research based framework.It’s just a matter of knowing how.

Assessing and Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace

Do team members feel that they have the ability to speak openly without judgement and have a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes? This workshop will assess the presence of psychological safety within your organization and challenges managers and team members to think about how they model and reinforce psychological safety on their teams.

EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) and EQ 360® Training

Dr. Zunick is fully certified by Otto Kroeger Associates (OKA) on behalf of MHS Inc. to facilitate one-on-one and small to large group trainings on EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence (EI) and EQ 360® Training, (including Workplace, Leadership, Group and Higher Education reports).

Personal Coaching- Dr. Zunick can conduct both in person and online coaching through a web platform. Through these meetings Dr. Zunick will create a personalized coaching plan based on each participants EQ-i 2.0 results. Feedback and developmental opportunities will be used to create an action plan allowing the client to be more aware in using EI.

Small and large group coaching - The EQ-i tools can be used to address teambuilding, leadership, and coaching development needs of your teams.
